Shiitake-Ya: Naturally Healthy

Shiitake-Ya™ Shiitake and Beans

Ingredients:
2 cups of re-hydrated Shiitake-Ya™ brand, all natural, dried forest shiitake mushrooms
2 pounds fresh green beans with ends cut off
1/2 cup of slivered almonds
1 whole onion thinly sliced
4 Tbls butter
1 clove whole garlic or 1 Tbls minced garlic
enough olive oil to cover skillet
salt & pepper to taste.


Procedure:

1. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat, sauté garlic until golden. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and sauté until shiitake are tender. Add one can cream of mushroom soup and one cup of mail or water. Stir until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve over steamed rice or pasta.
